Founded by seasoned maritime professionals, TKSS began with a mission to raise the standards of crew management and operational efficiency. Since launching our seafarer recruitment division in September 2023, we’ve rapidly grown, supporting over 60 vessels and managing a pool of 3,000+ seafarers, primarily serving Chinese and European shipowners.

🔍 Crew Selection Procedures
We uphold strict standards to ensure only qualified, disciplined, and skilled crew are selected:
- English Proficiency (Marlin Test)
- Ratings: Minimum 70%
- Officers: Minimum 80%
- Pre-Screening Interviews by experienced Captains/CEs
- Sea Service & Background Checks
- Certificate Verification via DMA Online System
- Compliance Agreement on SEA contract, safety rules, and company policies
- Wage & Employment Briefings
- Training for both New Hands and Experienced Crew
🛫 Crew Dispatch Procedures
- MOA & Local Registration
- Signed MOA between TKSS and Client
- Registration with Department of Marine Administration (DMA)
- Departure Coordination
- With DMA, MPA, and SAD
- Required: Ship registry & valid P&I insurance
- Proposal to Departure (7 Working Days)
- Medical Check-up
- Final Dispatch & Visa Processing
- Crew departure and vessel joining
